SCREEN, AERATE AND MIX WITH JUST 1 PRODUCT!

With the latest addition of the new DSG25 screening bucket VTN EUROPE now offers the widest package of screening and recycling products. The DSG25 completes the already full range of recycling products, and it has been placed between the oscillating screening bucket SBand the rotary screening bucket SR, well-known and successful in the market.

Thanks to its innovative system of rollers/rotating blades the DSG bucket guarantees the best productivity in screening dry as well as humid, wet and sticky materials (soil, compost, sand, clay). VTN engineers evaluated even the smallest detail and worked for an attachment of easy maintenance, high productivity and with the lowest operation costs. The strong frame design, the chain drive and the centralized greasing system, are, together with the two hydraulic cylinders some of the main features of this original bucket.

The rollers, made of high wear resistant steel (Hardox 500/600), are easly replaceable and permit the user to adjust the output material size according to its needs ( the blade spacing is from 15 to 75 mm). The DSG 25 has been designed for excavators as well as for wheel loaders and finds its optimal application when a very thin screening, the compact material crushing or the aeration of polluted soils are required. The DSG is also used to fill up dugout, in dry and also humid environments.

It can be fitted on excavators from 25 to 45t, on the excavator’s boom or on the excavator’s dipper, the new CI4000 summarises and exalt the construction and performance features of the VTN Millennium shears.

NEW TIP

• it’s bolted to the jaw to reduce the replacement and maintenance time and costs and has an internal brake system to get more resistance and a longer life.

ALIGNMENT GUIDE

• A double guide for the moving jaws allows a perfect alignment.
  Easy adjustment reduces the time to set up.

REPLACEABLE BLADES

• The new blades, with their completely new design, revisited shape and dimension, make their blades exchangeable 4 times before the replacement. The “Rhomboidal” profile improves cutting ability and reduces stress on the shear.
  The way the new blades are threaded provides an easy set up and replacement.

SPECIFIC DESIGN

• A deeper mouth and new cutting angle increase the cutting performance providing strong grip and easy release of the material.

HIGH PERFORMANCE CYLINDER

• The new cylinder provides high cutting performance. It’s also reverse mounted so the rod is completely protected from any impact or damage.

360° ROTATION

• Continuous 360° rotation with hydraulic motor positioned on the top. Equipped with protection valves and flow regulators, it ensures a perfect and accurate shear position.

SPEED VALVE

• Reduces cycle time and considerably increases productivity.

JAW ADJUSTMENT KIT

• The innovative jaw adjustment kit allows to easily reduce/eliminate plays, giving and high cutting performance. The fulcrum pin can be removed for maintenance.
  The new CI4000 has been made of special steel highly resistant (Hardox); all structures are heat treated to eliminate the remaining welding tensions. All components provide the very best quality, reliability and long duration.
